About Team Assist
Team Assist is a free, ad-free youth sports management platform that runs schedules, team chat, registration and payments for volunteer coaches, families and clubs.
Coaches and club administrators use Team Assist to organize teams, publish schedules, collect RSVPs, message families, score games and run program registration. The core tools are free for unlimited teams, players and staff, with no ads and no per-team fees. Team Assist earns revenue only from optional media storage, live streaming and a capped fee on payments an organization collects online.

Registration is connected to the season
The program that takes registrations also runs tryouts, waitlists, team placement, schedules and invoices.

The team behind Team Assist
Team Assist was built by youth sports parents: coaches who have stood in the rain checking who actually showed up, and club board members making sure every child on every team gets the same opportunity.
They built the app they wanted to use, and decided the tools that run a volunteer team should not be one more bill or be paid for with families’ attention.
